Im trying to unlock my IPhone 4S with Gevey Ultra S and i need the 7 digit code as well. Did u find anything?

Hey, when ur in the list with the carrier just select the provider that your iphone is locked on... eg. O2! Thats the solution, u dont have to select other carrier and find a 7 digit number. If not the provider of your iphone is not on the list so find the 7 digit code form the gevey.com website...again NOT the cypriot provider carrier code.
