Gevey Unlock CDMA 5.1.1 problem

I tried to unlock my Sprint iPhone 4s with a Gevey Ultra S card. All of the walkthroughs show a screenshot of the screen to pick the carrier from. When I get to that screen, the only major carrier I can pick from is AT&T. Can someone help?
