I have the Gevey Unlock sim tray for my iPhone 4s, and have used it on my travels in Thailand and Cambodia with no problems. I'm currently in Vietnam, and got a Viettel sim card, and ran into a warning that said "only compatible sim cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iphone" and goes on to tell me to insert my original sim. I'm on ATT in the States, but I don't want to use that sim because of the exorbitant rates. Anyone else run into an issue like this?
