hi,

I updated the gfxcardstatus to the latest and next time i tried to boot up computer the display resolution is screwed after gfxcs launches. how can I disable gfx from loading or update to 2.1 from safe mode?

now it is pretty hard since there is no way to make desktop visible.

thanks for quick help.

cody answered:

I'm sorry for the trouble – it's due to a hardware issue with your machine. See here:*https://github.com/codykrieger/gfxCardStatus/issues/77

You can start into Safe Mode by holding the Shift key directly after seeing the Apple logo when you turn on your machine, and then remove gfxCardStatus from your login items. There is another link at the link I pasted above where you can download old versions of gfxCardStatus, so if v2.1 worked for you, you can download that.

Best,
Cody

so need to visit in store.
