HomeKit Ghost Accessories from Aqara Hub

I had an issue with my Aqara hub, so I factory reset it and added back the accessories connected to it. However, in HomeKit, there are three "ghost" accessories, which are hold overs from the previous set up and show either as "Not Responding" or "Not Supported". I cannot delete them in the Home app and they do not appear in the Aqara app. How do I get rid of them? TIA.
