Hey everyone,

So I started noticing a strange problem with my MBP 15" today. At random times throughout the day, my trackpad would seem to get stuck in a "click," or, when I wasn't touching the trackpad at all, the cursor would start to drift and would occasionally click by itself. These instances happen at random times and I am unable to reproduce the effects myself.

I have OSX Snow Leapord, the Core 2 Duo uMBP and have never had any issues with this trackpad before. Has anyone ever seen issues like this?

Did you ever get this resolved?

I have a MBP 17", brand new, OSX 10.6.7 and I'm seeing the "ghost drift". When I'm away from the computer, it goes to sleep, then the mouse drifts to the upper left corner every time. When I come back, I'm greeted with Dashboard, which I don't use :(. I will probably set the upper left to "no action" so I can stop getting the Dashboard.
