This is something that's been bothering me for awhile. My 16GB iPad Air says I have 20 videos downloaded or installed on my iPad. When I go to Settings>General>About, it shows 20 Videos. Not sure why. I always stream my iTunes videos over wifi and not directly save them to the iPad. It seems that every time I stream a video I purchased through iTunes, it saves a cache somewhere eating up valuable storage space. It got completely full once before and I couldn't figure out a way to clear them. My only option was to restore the iPad. Is there a way to clear this without restoring the entire iPad? I even tried to go into Settings>General>Usage>Manage Storage, but there is no "videos" App listed. Can anyone help?

I stream a lot of videos at night as well. I thought the only way to get rid of it was to restore. I did find another way. Not ideal, but it works

Sign out of iTunes on the iPad, reset or turn off and turn it back on, then sign back in. The cache should be gone then
