Hi,

I've got two ATV4s - one in our lounge, the other in the master bedroom. So far I'm very happy with them - except for the ghost that keeps turning on my lounge TV when no one is using it.

I thought that it was the ATV4 doing this - but each time I've come down to find the TV on, the ATV is asleep... o_O

The TV is CEC compatible I believe - so the ATV *could* be turning it on - but there's no one downstairs at the time using that ATV's remote.

The master bedroom is above the lounge, so well within blue tooth range. Could the remote on the bedroom ATV be controlling the unit down stairs? And if so, how do I ensure that only the remote that came with each specific ATV controls it?

Or do I need to call Dr Venkman? :D

Because the remotes operate with Bluetooth they are tied to whichever device you set it up with. You could try disabling CEC just to see if it makes a difference. Other than that, I think you've got ghosties:D
