Do you have Adobe ImageReady? It's expensive, but it's what I use. IMO, it's the best app out there for animating gifs.

What do you have in mind? I should say what type of animation do you want to do? Something like a cartoon (Fairly Odd Parents) on TV or something like a Joe Cartoon? Any examples that have inspired you?

just nice animated buttons ad logos for my website would be nice. a talking animated dude would be cool too. mostly just little things for my website

my friend does. i'm at his place a lot. any tutorials? i know how to make an animated GIF, just need to know how to make it look fluid and nice.
