Quick app announcement for anyone who routinely uses animated GIFs: GIFPop is a newly-released, free (open-source) GIF resizer & optimizer.
Download (plus source code) is here: GIFPop on GitHub
More Info:
GIFPop is a very simple UI wrapper around gifsicle, a very powerful command-line tool, but one which can be slightly cumbersome to use routinely via the CLI. For common GIF editing actions like resizing, optimizing, and trimming, GIFPop aims to make things a little more user-friendly.
It is still a work-in-progress but anyone who frequently posts animated GIFs on pull requests, forum posts, tweets, etc. might find it useful.
Cheers~
