You can now use your Apple/iTunes balance to pay for things in the Apple Store too. At checkout you can choose what amount to apply. Happy shopping!

Ah, that’s a bummer. I would try calling Apple and seeing if they can maybe reissue a gift card using funds from the iTunes balance?

Before Apple started having only one gift card in the US doing an exchange was a complicated process(On Appple’s end.)I am assuming it is still the same. ALSO you cannot have spent any of the balance on the card. If you have it cannot be exchanged(or refunded)
