Gift Card Refund Method ?

Earlier today I ordered the Apple In-Ear Headphones online with an Apple Gift Card i received for christmas. Then I realized that I would be going to a mall later this week that had an apple store in it and I could test the headphones out before I bought them, so I cancelled my order online with Apple. Will I receive my refund back on my Apple Gift Card by Monday? Or will have to wait for a new one in the mail?

It should get credited back to the gift card. It's probably best to call them to make sure.

If it didn't ship, they probably didn't charge your gift card. There should be instructions on the back of the card on how to verify the balance.
