Hi guys, I sent some apps to the wrong person and need to resend. Apparently you can do this buy viewing apple Id and going into the account settings. However upon viewing my apple id, I cannot see an account settings option.

No where in your original post was there a question so I guess we are just supposed to assume that you are telling us so that we don't make the same mistake that you did.
Otherwise if it is help you need then the obvious thing to do would be to contact Apple.
