Hello mates, since a week now i have a Gigabit connection (i live in Germany). In normal mode i can only achieve 350-300mbit/s download speed. In safe mode i had 930mbit/s speed. I uninstalled every other programm like dropbox, Bandwidth+ or insomnia so check if one of these programs causes the problem but no luck. My mac is a macbook pro 13" early 2015 and is connected directly to the rooter with a usb 3.0 to ethernet adapter and cable. Do you have an idea what causes the problem? Exactly the same thing occurs to my iMac 27" late 2009. Thank you for any answers in advance.

If you create a new clean user account, reboot and only login to the new user account what is the speed?

Run kextstat | grep USB and kextstat | grep Ethernet in Terminal in normal and safe mode, see if there is a difference in the kexts loaded.
