Girlfriends Iphone stuck with my istore details

Evening

My girlfriend plugged in her iphone to my mac and synced it. So all apps transferred to my itubes and her account details on her phone have now changed to mine.

I can't seem to get this to revert back to being her account on her phone. And i now have all her apps backed up in my account.

Basically i need to know how to seperate these accounts again.

In the settings scroll down to "App Store" and log out of your account. Sign in with hers.
