Give Ringtones from Garage Band?

Okay, so I made a ringtone for my iPhone in Garage Band. I really like it, so does my girlfriend, and now she wants a copy for her iPhone too. But her iPhone syncs with a Windows computer. Is there some way I can give her my ringtone?

Yeah, just send her a copy of the m4r file.

And if you can't find that, right click it in iTunes and hit Show in Finder. Then send that file to her
