Give up!! can't sync with SyncMate with LG KS20

i have googled countless of times and read many forums. just cant seem to find the solution to sync my windows phone with my MAC..i want to cry.....i cant function and work like this... cos all my contacts are in my old acer lappie and my phone.. and all the appointment dates as well...

any solution or advice?
