Giving 3g to son to use as ipod..need help

Got the i4...Love it! Now want to give my 10 yr old my old 3g to son who has been syncing his OLD OLD 2g on his Mom's PC using her itunes account.

Can someone please step me through the process to wipe my 3g and help him set it up on his moms/his itunes account? Or just point me to a thread.

Restore the iPhone to factory settings and click "Set Up As New iPhone" when prompted. You should get a dialog to enter your information, so just input the mom's iTunes info and you should be set. :)
