Sorry to steal the thread, but I DO have a developer account and have installed iOS 7, where can I submit feedback? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the developer page.

I'm pretty sure you need a developer account to submit bug reports. I think I recall it saying that when I submitted some reports last night.
