Giving My MBP to Wife.... How to Prep?

Hi, I'd like to give my MBP to my wife since I have the new rMB. I want to keep all the music, documents, apps (Microsoft Office, etc) and photos on it, but I want it to be hers; with her Apple password, iCloud account, email, reminders.......

What's the best way to accomplish this? Can someone point me to a website or instructions to accomplish this?

If it matters it's a 2010 running El Capitan 10.11.2. It has a 256gb SSD with apps on it and a 1TB HDD.

Backup the content you want to keep, and upload it to her new user account after you wipe.

Create a new account. She will have her own environment.
