Giving old 3g to bro, what to do?

I'm going to give my 3g to my brother, he's been wanting an iPhone for awhile. Anyway, I did the erase all data and settings already. The old sim is still in it. What is he going to have to do to get it going? Will he need a new sim card? I assume they can just move his number to a new sim at the at&t store, then he can plug it into iTunes when he gets home. Anything special we need to do?

Just put his Sim card in it, set up/tie the phone with iTunes with his own account and have fun. If he dont have one already, he will need a data plan.
