Glad I didn't hold out for the BB Thunder *video*

I was torn towards the end of my contract with VZW. I wanted a phone that was easy for web browsing, email and calendar appointments. After hearing about the BB Thunder aka Storm, I was debating about switching over to ATT, especially since we do not have 3G in my area right now, and VZW has had EVDO for 2+ years over here.

After reading this article and taking a look at the Thunder, I'm glad I did the swap to the iPhone.

It's pre-production and one users opinion

I'm sure you could find an unhappy iphone user whose phone is constantly crashing or showing ALoD. Would that convince you to discount from consideration.

The issue of having to push on the screen/get laggy touch usage because it isn't a capacitive touchpanel isn't suddenly going to disappear.
