What iPhone do you have? If you have an iPhone 4 you have to make sure to use the IP4 compatible versions. I know these work as I'm using them on my phone, but the IP4 versions are not on Cydia yet and would have to SSH'ed into your phone.

Um, you do realize you have to install LiveClock and Live Weather from Cydia before enabling the theme right?
