Glasklart "Unable to Create" Error

Any help appreciated. I just tried to upgrade Glasklart HD Backgrounder Badge through Cydia. The upgrade failed and I received the following notification:

I am getting the same error and no idea how to fix but if it can't create a folder, its probAbly a permission issue
 
Thanks. I wouldnn know the first thing re: how to go about fixing that. Are you running Boss Paper?
