After looking at iFixit's tear down, it's nice to see how easily replaceable the display is, but it doesnt have any mention of removing the glass on the back.

Does this mean if you drop your phone and the back glass shatters, the whole phone will have to be replaced?
 
They aren't even done with it yet. I assume if you crack the glass on the back the whole back of the phone would have to be replaced.
 
I'm thinking he's right. During the keynote he mentioned there were many variations in size and shape that required each piece to be specifically matched to a phone. So I hate to say it, but I would be willing to bet that if you broke even just one, they would probably give you a refurb in the store.
