Glass Screen Protector vs. Regular?

I am ordering from BodyGuardz.com thanks to their amazing offer! I plan on putting a Candyshell or PixelSkin HD on my iPhone 5 and I was wondering which screen protector is better. Is the glass really worth x2 the price?
