Glass strength comparable to Gorilla Glass?

I read on Engadget that theoretically the new laminated glass is supposed to be as tough as Gorilla Glass. If so then I think any worries I had of breaking a device with glass on both sides are gone.

both iphone 4 and gorilla glass are aluminosilicate glass

yep, already been answered. the glass, as all glass will, will definitely break if dropped and hit at the right angle.
