When differentiating between WhiteBook, BlackBook and the new MacBook, UniBook makes sense because of the Unicase design. Saying new MacBook still can mean new WhiteBook. AluminumBook is a bit long. AluBook doesn't work.

Thoughts?

I'll just say AlBook for the new ones.

Go ahead and call it that. I'm sure we'll figure out different ways to call it and then have threads arguing about which is the "correct" one to use (see iTouch)

GlassBook and GlassBook FW (it's no "pro", that's for sure).

Glassbook seems to be completely adequate.

GlassBook is nice... aluminium fits better for old style Pro, and Uni is too much like "uni" as in university (same origin though).

MacBook Con (from "consumer") instead of Pro, or GameBook?

case close!

GlassBook and GlassBook Pro it is! , anyone that calls it anything but their new names shall be banished from this here website!

lol, in all seriousness GlassBook does sound sexy;)

I like CrapBook, it also rolls off the tounge easily, and I feel it incapsulates the lack of FW, the ugly design and glossy screen perfectly.

I'll save GlassBook for the non joke version Apple will release in a few weeks, the one with FW and one colour design. It will rock.

Yeah, that's why I stated this release was a joke. I'm convinced Apple make certain laptops just to annoy people. All part of Jobs' evil plan, you see.
