Glif iPhone 4S Tripod Mount

Looking at getting the Glif+ iPhone 4S Tripod Mount.

Now the only thing which is stopping me from ordering it is the fact I have a screen protector on the iPhone.

So my question is, has anyone used this with a screen protector?

I have seen a cheap iPhone Tripod Mount for about £6 on eBay but would rather have the Glif.

Any info would be amazing

And I have/do use the Glif with a screen protector on my iPhone 4s (and previously on my iPhone 4). It works perfectly, and without screwing up the Power Support crystal screen protectors I have on.

The only thing I'd be wary of, is if the screen protectors you're using have a tendency to peel away at the edges then the Glif might exacerbate it. But, PS are good, sturdy, and stay on the phone really well, so it hasn't been a problem for me.

I actually ordered the Glif and here are my impressions on it:

First to note that I use my iPhone 4S naked with a Clarivue screen protector on the front and the back. These screen protectors are not really thick, they're actually quite thin.

When I first tried to push the Glif on, it bubbled my screen protector, but don't worry there was an easy fix. I got a fine grade sand paper and just sanded the inner edge of Glif and now it fits on perfectly.

Although I actually haven't found a use to it as I don't really do a lot of video on my iPhone.
