Also applies to Japan and Germany and I can't be bothered to try any other localised sites because this is so incredibly insignificant

Damn, by looking at the title I was hoping that their paying system wouldn't work so we could order stuff and not pay for it and it STILL gets delivered.

The search bar "disappeared" from the top right slot when Apple changed over to the current design, it only applies to the store pages, as generally, people want to search just in the store when on the store page, not the entire site, hence moving the search bar.

Laziness (by coders)? Complaints about lack of search (only by american users)? Could be a whole heap of reasons...
