After calibrating the color profile per my thread here, I encountered a critical bug that has prevented me from accessing a folder containing work.

Attempting to open the folder in any way, whether it's through Spotlight, double-clicking the folder,

open .
via Terminal, does not work. Instead, the desktop completely glitches out:

This image cannot be screenshotted; doing so results in an image of the Folder in Finder, except maximized and completely blank. This is a picture from my phone. I have restarted the computer, and the problem persists. The folder is inaccessible.

Who can I get in touch with at Apple to report problems like this? This is unacceptable on a stable OS release.
