Glitchs and distorted camera view

Hey,

I have a uni-body macbook pro mid 2012 in excellent condition.
Few weeks ago, suddenly I tried the camera and boom - I can see only changing colors, pixels and thins lines of me between the colors.
The green light is working. It looks like the camera is working but something with the picture is very wrong.

Does anyone knows this problem? What should I do?

It appears on every software I have.

The answer is very simple. The camera is bad. It could be the wire or the camera itself. You need to replace the camera and/or cable.
