Hi there, this is my first time posting.
Other than wiring a car stereo or something else automotive, I dont know s*** about electronics.
I have a first gen ipod touch, I bought it used and it had the latest software and was pretty good.
After about 2 weeks of having it, it started acting up.
If I was using it for too long, the screen will randomly scroll, press things, and just get to the point where it useless and you throw it at a wall. Ive restored it, updated it to the latest software, turned it off and on, nothing works. It will do this for about 2 weeks, then its good for 2 weeks, then it acts up again. It is jailbroken but it did this before I jailbroke it.
Please help, a new/used ipod touch is not really an option financially right now

ipod

no, I dont even have to touch the screen sometimes. Just hold my finger right above it
