Macbook M2. About 90% of the time when I click a page link in Safari, it opens the new page and then, after a fraction of a second reverts back to the first page. Very annoying.

Since you posted this in the beta OS forum sounds like you should report the bug.

Happens to Me too.
I would like to point in out that this was a bug since Safari released in macOS 12 beta. Claimed to be fixed in the last macOS 12.5 and, yet, it's still present.

I have moved to MS Edge as default browser and use Safari,only for Apple Pay. Too many freezes and incomplete web pages.

Yep. Kinda tedious. Thanks for reporting it. That's why we beta test, right?

Otherwise, I like Ventura. I like Monterey 12.5 also.

Now on MacOS 13.0 Beta (22A5321d) - still happening but a little less often
