Hey Guys,

For a month or so, my iphone 4 screen would stop working. The screen would be all black with the backlight on, and the phone and touch working, just not being able to see what you are doing. This problem would usually go away after a few hours.

Now, not only has the screen stopped working, but a picture of a big white blob shows up.

Should I bother buying a new screen, or could this be a logic board problem? I'm tried holding the power button and home button for ten seconds with no luck. I've also tried opening is up and unplugging the battery for a few hours then plugging it back in. No luck.

The blob seems to be an image...not a broken screen. It's so weird.

Also, the phone is not jailbroken.

Thanks
