I touch type too, but in the dark it can be difficult finding where the keys are and especially fork keys like F-rows. etc. And I have family members who can't touch type.

I don't even know why they put letters on the keys, why would you want glow in the dark?

My keyboard has handy little notches on the J and F keys so you know where to line your hands up. You better teach your family to touch type! Shoot my grandma can touch type :)

Awesome. You know how to touch type. Many, many, people, including myself, do not. I've been a heavy computer user for nearly 30 years, and I still can't touch-type. I apologize.

I'm sure you can custom-order some keys if you don't want the letters.

And yes, you do know why they put letters on the keys. I can only imagine why you say you don't know.

But why would you even need those if you are so awesome at typing?

Day in and day out with typing and you have to look? Shoot get Mavis Beacon or something. Learn it in a day.

Most keyboards have "nipples" on the "F" and "J" keys help position your hands without looking. Not being able to see the F-row keys is a hassle. But in a pinch you can count from the left and minus 1 for the F-key#, the first key is usually the escape key.

I wouldn't bother with glow in the dark keys though. For someone who can't touch type, glow in the dark keys would be useless as well. By the time they complete a sentence, the luminescence would have faded already. A desk lamp is cheap. Heck a USB reading light would be a better alternative to the glow in the dark stickers.
