So correct me if i'm wrong, but GM means the OSX won't recieve any "new" features, rather it means from there until public release the apple team will only work on bug fixes, right?
Meaning the public release won't be the same as the GM version?

I'm using GM, and the bugs... oh, the bugs...

Consider yourself corrected. The GM is the expected final release, and absent some unexpected show-stopper, the GM will be the final release.

I would take a close look at what else you're running, because I've had no significant problems and only 3 reproducible (minor) bugs.

John

Edited to add: I remembered a 4th (purely cosmetic) bug.

For as long as I can remember, Golden Master = release.
With the occasional 2nd and maybe 3rd GM attempt. It certainly is feature complete, but some major bugs could cause a new GM to be created instead of being patched after installing. Major bug fices that won't affect the install may just wind up in a patch that's available the same day Mavericks is available to the general public.
