I've always enjoyed reading and writing up emails on PPC Macs. It feels like one of those few modern tasks remaining that can still be done without compromise on old computers.
Until now.
My fast and easy-to-setup Gmail system until now was to use the old plain-HTML version of Gmail, which can easily be accessed through Safari (in 10.4.11).
Now, if you use Safari to open that page, Gmail can't run the necessary javascript (or something) to send you a 2-step verification, so instead it just says you have an outdated browser.
This is so annoying. Sure, it still is possible to do it using TenFourFox, but anyone who has used TFF on a G3 knows that it's not exactly "fast". I also tried using Apple's default Mail, but it always seemed to crash for me.
Does anyone have a fast, easy Email solution for slow G3s running 10.4?
