I have 3 gmail accounts that I want to setup in Mail. I was having them forwarded to me Me.com which worked fine, but now I want to change it back. My problem is, I want these all to work on my iPad, Mac, iPhone, and online at google.mail.com. I've been using one of the accounts this way for some time now, but I have thousands of messages showing up.

I don't want those all on my devices, just on googles servers in case I really need something. I just need the current stuff on my devices. I thought this would be easy to find, but everything Ive come up with is out of date or doesn't work. Is there a good way to set this up? Can someone point me to it? Thanks.

I found an option in gmail under Settings>Labels that allows you to turn on/off labels for imap. If you turn off All Mail it won't sync All Mail.:D
