Gmail and Apple mail

Hello,

I have configured my Apple Mail (8.0 Yosemite) according to Gmail instructions. See the attachment, sorry it is in Italian but the order is clear.

I have one annoying issue. When I delete one message, it does remain in the All Mail folder.

How can I configure Apple mail in oder to fully remove messages that have been deleted?

Otherwise I can not see any difference between Archive and Delete!
