Gmail certificate

I am trying on 10.6.3 to configure the on my Mail.app to configure a gmail account.
I did it.
When trying to sent mails I get the following warning concerning the missing certificate.

I don't know what to do in order to get the certificate and to make my gmail account working.

Looking for assistance.
