gmail, close and open account (for get a clean account) outlook

hi, I use outlook for mac (I hate microsoft but I prefer than mail)

but well my question is not for outlook

is for gmail, I have account but I want the same account but clean from scratch you know like if I open today, is possible?

what happend if I delete and later open again, I start from zero? or all my mails and adsense etc... keep it? I want from zero the same account!
