I have configured a gmail account on my iPhone and set the Deleted Mailbox (Settings->Passwords Accounts->Gmail->account name->Advanced) to deleted on Gmail server. I had this setup for months and when receiving a notification for gmail, I got an option to delete/trash.
Now instead of Trash I get Archive. Even in the watch mail app list of messages for Gmail, when I slide left I get an archive icon and not trash. On the iPhone it works as it should for swiping and/or trash inside an email. I don't know what happened but I cannot get it to work now.
Has anyone seen this?
