I can get emails but if I delete something on Mail, it's still there on gmail and I have to delete it again. Solutions?

If you are on POP, de-select the "keep a copy of the message on the original server" thingy under preference in Mail.

My recommendation would be to use IMAP. So much easier.:D

Yeah IMAP is a must with gMail.

I wish other some other services and ISP's supported it...VERIZON.NET

ugh, i hate mail.

you know i found some random folders once due to a spotlight error, they were buried deep in my library - all from the mail app and they contained old deleted emails - email attachments - all sorts of old crap. as soon as i deleted my gmail account from mail they went away.

kind of shady knowing all that was on there. i hate mail - i just the gmail site.

Use gmail.com and forget mail clients. :)
