Gmail Exchange only showing 3 days

Hi everyone,
I have just set up Gmail through MS Exchange, but I am only getting emails from Monday till today.
I have Mail Days to Sync > No Limit

Even when I go to search, "continue search on server", the search doesn't work; says "Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed."
