GMail Exchange sent messages not showing.

I am having an issue with my mail, i have my gmail setup via Exchange.

I am able to send emails but a cannot see the sent messages in any of the "Sent Messages" folders.

Is this the nature of the beast with having an Exchange account, or is it possible to view my sent email?

Any advise would be appreciated!

Its not a new problem. Sometimes either the sent mail or inbox mail will disappear. When we use the Safari or IE to check, the mail is there...
