Hi all,

after years of POP3 I finally switched to IMAP last week. After days of downloading my stuff from Gmail, everything now runs nicely. Sort of.

I miss my sent files. Online I can see them in Gmail's "Sent" folder, but locally I only get those posts I sent after switching to IMAP. I have no folder which shows those 9,000 sent posts I see online.

Can I restart downloading the sent mails? Has anybody got an idea?

Thanks a lot,
Thorsten

Hi,

thanks for your help. When going through these steps I realized that I having two Gmail-Accounts IMAPping to my OSX Mail, I had set both to "IMAP Prefix: Gmail" and the two SENT folders got mixed somehow.

I re-setup my main account, works fine now. Now I have to find out how those IMAP prefixes work before setting up the second account.

Anyway, big thanks!
