All-

I use Gmail's app on my iPhone for personal emails as I want to keep my work email clutter free and separate from personal notes.

Within the Gmail app, there is a folder labeled "All Mail". It seems like a catch all, even for notes I thought I deleted. Is there a way to disable this folder? BTW, a similarly named folder exists in the native Mail program on my MBA, it too has all the same message, even the ones I thought were trashed.

Any help in ridding these folders would be great.

Thanks-

FH

Uh... no. It's your All Mail folder in Gmail...

All Mail isnt a copy of the mail, it is THE mail. Anything you delete out of this location will be gone from everywhere. So sure, if you have items in there you dont want then delete them. But DONT just nuke the folder, you will loose everything.
