Gmail Loading VERY Slow

Suddenly when I attempt to open a new gmail, it is taking over 90+ seconds to load. I am getting the notifications in a timely manor, but just can not open the emails.

I'm using a Mac Book Air 2012 on OS X 10.11.4.

By the way, I'm finding the same problem on my iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 6S Plus (all runs latest IOS) and have made no changes.

Any help is appreciated.
