Gmail/Mail App Email Download Issues

Google's just introduced their new individual application authorisation control on their Gmail. I've created a new password for the Mail App but it's only downloading the email header now, not the actual body. I've tried re-creating the accounts, confirmed Mail App is set to download the message body and so on.

Any ideas?
